Step-by-Step Walkthrough: Exploring Data with Boolee

1. Open the Interaction Field

To start your analysis:

• Go to the Boolee Dashboard.

• Open the Interaction tab on the right side.

• Click "New Analysis" to activate the input field.

2. Start Data Exploration

Boolee will prompt you with: “What can I ask you?” This is your starting point for exploring your data through natural language prompts.

Sample Prompts to Generate Dashboards via Chat:

• Generate a dashboard with metrics from Google Ads campaigns.

• Generate a dashboard with CPC, CTR, and number of ad clicks for campaign X.

• Add the number of ad clicks from Google Ads campaigns to the dashboard and group by device type.

• Add impressions from Google Ads campaigns for the last 2 months, filter by: advertising channel type = Shopping and PMAX, and visualize as a time-based chart.

Tips for Effective Dashboard Creation

To get the most out of Boolee’s dashboard generation:

• Be Specific The more detail in your prompt, the more accurate the result.

• Include Time Frames E.g., “last 7 days”, “last 30 days”

• Mention Data Points E.g., campaign IDs, campaign names, specific metrics

• Use Filters and Group Bys E.g., group by campaign name, country, device type
